Welcome to Edgewood Manor of Lucasville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing center in Lucasville, Ohio. Whether you need short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing care, our team of professionals is ready to provide customized care in a comfortable, home-like setting in our two facilities, Lucasville I and II. Lucasville I features a secure memory care unit exclusively for women, as well as skilled nursing and long-term care. Lucasville II features long-term care alongside short-term rehabilitation, behavioral health, and specialized memory care units for men and those with advanced dementia.
