Welcome to Edgewood Manor of Lucasville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing center in Lucasville, Ohio. Whether you need short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing care, our team of professionals is ready to provide customized care in a comfortable, home-like setting in our two facilities, Lucasville I and II. Lucasville I features a secure memory care unit exclusively for women, as well as skilled nursing and long-term care. Lucasville II features long-term care alongside short-term rehabilitation, behavioral health, and specialized memory care units for men and those with advanced dementia. These specialized units allow our teams to provide compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of all our guests.
